It was such fun to pair the wonderful wines from Hook & Ladder Winery with cheeses and appetizers to make a enhanced tasting experience. They served Sparkling, Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Pinot Noir & Sangiovese wines which I paired with Brie, Goat Cheese with herbs, Goat cheese with blueberries & vanilla, Manchego and Pecorino Romano. If you are looking to try great tasting cheeses with those wine varieties… they all paired spectacularly!!! Appetizers included bacon wrapped Medjool dates, Bruschetta with garden tomatoes, garden basil and balsamic/oil and fresh garden pluots in two varieties. Such a fun party.
