Devin Ruddick serves as Vice President of Hook & Ladder Winery, bringing strategic vision and operational leadership to the family business. A Sebastopol native who attended University of Oregon and graduated from Sonoma State University, Devin has deep roots in the Russian River Valley community. An accomplished musician, he has a natural gift for bringing people together—whether through live music events like Hook & Ladder's "Why We Live Here" concert series or through genuine connections in the tasting room. Devin works alongside the DeLoach and Severson families to honor the past while building for the future, with a focus on customer experience, brand development, and community engagement. His leadership has helped Hook & Ladder expand its reach while maintaining the hands-on, family-focused approach that defines the winery.
