Eric Severson serves as General Manager of Hook & Ladder Winery, carrying forward the legacy his father Clint helped build alongside the DeLoach family. A graduate of New York University, Eric brings a unique blend of international business experience and deep family roots to his role. After holding various sales and management positions in Europe and Asia, Eric returned home to join Hook & Ladder in January 2020. Growing up around the vineyards and winery, he developed a deep understanding of what makes Hook & Ladder special—the commitment to estate fruit, the hands-on approach, and the belief that great wine brings people together. As General Manager, Eric oversees day-to-day operations, manages the team, and ensures every guest experience reflects the care and quality that define Hook & Ladder. His leadership bridges the winery's storied past with its exciting future, honoring tradition while embracing new opportunities for growth.
