As Cellar Master, Jesus Zurita is responsible for the behind-the-scenes work that makes winemaking possible. He maintains pumps, presses, tanks, and barrels; manages cellar cleanliness and sanitation; and troubleshoots equipment to keep production running smoothly. Jesus's technical knowledge and problem-solving skills ensure the cellar operates efficiently from harvest's chaos through the quiet precision of barrel aging. His work may happen out of the spotlight, but it's essential to every bottle Hook & Ladder produces.
